OC Design Collective is a 22,000-square-foot, two-story creative office building — part of a newly renovated multi-building campus known as Forefront 405

A multimillion-dollar project, the new corporate landmark provides the local design community with a two-story facility including an expansive home furnishings showroom, gym with showers & lockers, yoga studio, massage room, kitchens, private offices, open-concept workspaces, material libraries, conference rooms, and a purchasing/logistics management team.

Our facility offers convenient access to the San Diego, Newport/Costa Mesa and Santa Ana freeways and is within a half-mile of John Wayne Airport.
